Although I've had lots of requests for pictures, I didn't even take any until yesterday. Mostly because that means turning directly to the side in the most unflattering position EVER! However, because I love you all, dear readers... even though I think you all might be crazy to want to see the baby belly... I have taken a picture!
I couldn't find a picture of me from anytime in the recent past where I was facing anywhere near directly to one side. Here's what I came up with.
That's me on the left at my sister Robin's graduation in April. That was about 3 months before I got preggo.
This is yesterday. The baby belly definitely sticks out more, but obviously I forgot to smile. I was trying to tell Will what to do with the camera, and then suddenly, CLICK! Oh well.
We see the doctor next Thursday, and hopefully I'll get some pictures of the baby. If we do, we'll probably get to find out the baby's gender! I'm looking for guesses. Boy or girl? If we don't find out next week... then the first week of November I'll be at 20 weeks, and we'll find out then. Yeah!

I have almost no pictures of when I was pregnant, either time. I refused to let anyone near me with a camera!

My tip for an a cute baby-belling pic: (keep in mind I'm one of those people lucky enough to have a cute baby belly without trying. I know, you hate me. But try this anyway. Humor me.) Ok, what you should do is curve your back so your belly sticks out more and put one hand above and one below-so you define what is baby as opposed to pudge. Try it-show me if it works. You're beautiful!!
And you already know I'm voting for a boy.
I'm guessing girl, and I'm also guessing that you are so thrilled to be pregnant. Congrats.
I am guessing a boy.....a rowdy, fun-loving, active boy. Someone to keep you guessing "what's next"! Little boys are extra devoted to mom. I should know!
I didn't like my picture taken while PG either. Actually there are none of me during the first..big mistake....wish I had one now.
I hope that it is a boy. You look cute though in your picture, no matter what you think. :-D

I'm guessing a girl. I didn't start showing until about 4 or 5 months (and I felt like I should wear a shirt that said "I'm pregnant, not fat" or something, just so people would know. But then the problem with people knowing is that you get unsolicited advice on everything.) Anyway, I think you look great and can't wait to find out if I'm right about the gender.
i'm guessing a boy... girls are so cute, but the bump just doesn't look masculine enough :)
