What I didn't expect was that my photography business would grow from it. I knew I'd be posting some of the work I do, and that it would come up in my posts, but I never dreamed that in under 6 months I'd be working for one of my readers.
I'm glad to say, I'm going to be shooting a wedding for Jeni's daughter, Lauren! At Blogapalooza it came up a couple of times that Jeni & I were talking about wedding photography, and this morning we finalized plans for me to come to California to take wedding photos!
Here is the bride's cute family!I'm so excited to be able to meet Jeni in person, and to be able to be back in my favorite state! Plus, I'll get to meet up again with some of the great people I met last week. I may not be much for talking though while I'm working, so enjoy the party for me!

So if anyone ever asks me what good blogging is, I can tell them I have new clients & great new friends, just because I blog!

I'm not too worried about Rachel. After working with Will's brothers during my own wedding, and plenty of family photo shoots since, I think we can make it work out!
