busy

Things in my neck of the woods have been kinda busy. It started when I had a baby. Then I got an infection after my c-section. Then I got post partum depression. Then I got a kidney infection. Then we had 25 family members come to town. Then Will graduated. Then we blessed our baby at church. Then everyone went home. Then my post partum meds kicked in. Then I loved my baby even more. And now I'm posting a cute video.

I'll update with pictures of most of the above activities later. But not the infections. That'd be weird.

I'm so glad that you're feeling better! I had been wondering - I'd hoped that you were busy :) Mad props on the getting help for PPD - its one of the things I'm scaredest of when I have kids.

Gorgeous!

Sorry about the PPD. That sucks. I'm glad you got meds. I didn't even know they had meds 20 years ago when I went through it.

Glad you are doing well.

Cousin Jaron wanted to watch the video several times.
Join the PPD club! Mine hit hard the night before Dave started this semester. I've been having a hard time even though I've been on the meds, and then I finally called the Dr last week and had my Rx increased. Now I'm finally doing better. Don't be like me. If you feel it's not working well, call your Dr.
I'm glad your enjoying your baby! Give her hugs and kisses from us.

I got a really bad infection to my c-section incision, too. I had to have two surgeries within two weeks. Just know that other people understand, and are sorry you had to go through that too.

I'm right there with you. I had the c-section infection (the incision still throbs!) and am still going through the PPD, am on meds and baby is still colicky, but man....i know all about life being busy! I'm just glad you're getting through it! Is your incision still infected? Are they still cleaning the wound? Did you have home health or did you go to the dr's office? Fill me in!

Busy? boy you weren't kidding. Sometimes that is how I feel like my life is going one big thing after the next. Yeah for you for recognizing ppd and getting it taken care of. Good luck with that, summer is here and things will be less crazy hollar if you need ANY help/

Nancy, it's so good to hear how you are doing! I hope your calendar is cleared for a while, you were too busy. And Eva, she is a doll and growing like a weed.

Nancy, you make me giggle.

I've been checking on your blog lately and wondering how you were doing since I haven't seen updates.

Oh, it's been one of those times.

Your baby is a doll. Let's definitely have an outing!

she is so pretty!

good for you for dealing with your PPD and not trying to "deal" with it on your own.

Nancy...I don't know WHY we didn't have a big Blogapalooza this year. I think his get together was super spontaneous 'cause I didn't even know about it till I got to WC.
